What thickness strings go where on ukulele?

Like how on a guitar the thickest string goes on the top and each
string gets thinner. I've seen ukuleles at guitar center with the
smallest string on top and the second to bottom being the thickest. I
even saw a ukulele with all four strings the same thickness.
