What was the name of this 90s kids show?

I remember having it on video, and i can only remember small bits of
it. It had lots of different little stories in the one show.

There was a song when they would be like 'down on the corner, out in
the street, where the bull frogs played to the sound of the beat' or
something along those lines.

Then they had an 'on top of spaghetti, all covered in cheese, i lost
my poor meatball when somebody sneezed..' song.

Then they also did the monster mash on it too.
