what's the name of that movie where a russian sleeper agent is hunted by FBI?

it was made in the 2000s, can't remember exactly the year but
basically the plot is that a Russian guy after living and studying in
the USA since he was a kid is recruited by the Russian government to
become a sleeper agent. It was quite a long movie.
